Unattended laundry
Please remove laundry promptly. Items left for more than 24 hours may be placed in Lost & Found. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after 30 days.

Inspect pockets and belongings before leaving. Equipment is used at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for unattended, lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Refund policy
Refunds are available only for verified equipment malfunctions. Please notify our team immediately if a washer or dryer has a problem.

How to use our washers
- Load your laundry.Check pockets, separate colors when needed, and leave room for clothes to move.
- Add laundry products.Use HE detergent in the correct dispenser. Laundry supplies are available in-store.
- Choose a temperature.Hot for whites and heavily soiled items; warm for everyday loads; cold for darks and delicates.
- Pay and press START.Purchase or reload your laundromat card with cash or card. All washers and dryers use the laundromat card.
Safety: Never force a locked door. Wait until the drum stops and water has drained. After a power interruption, allow 2–3 minutes before opening.
Dryer instructions
- Transfer clean laundry.Choose a dryer with room for items to tumble.
- Clean the lint screen.Do this before every use for faster, safer drying.
- Select temperature.Follow garment labels and use lower heat for delicate fabrics.
- Use your laundromat card.All dryers accept the laundromat card. Remove laundry promptly when the cycle ends.
Never dry: foam, rubber-backed mats, plastic, pet beds, shoes, or anything exposed to gasoline, oil, paint, wax, or chemicals.

How long does wash and fold take?
Standard turnaround is generally 24 hours or less. Same-day rush or 4–6 hour express service may be available for drop-off orders only when capacity allows. Pickup orders must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you wash comforters and bedding?
Yes. We clean comforters, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, mattress protectors, and sheet sets. See the residential pricing section for details.
Can I choose hypoallergenic detergent?
Yes. Hypoallergenic detergent is available as a $3 add-on. You can select it when requesting pickup.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and delivery is available within our local service area and is priced separately from wash & fold. Orders within 0-5 miles have a 15 lb minimum, and addresses over 5 miles have a 25 lb minimum. Call 781-509-0169 and we’ll confirm availability and pickup pricing for your address.
What items are not accepted?
Please do not place sneakers, sandals, Ugg-style boots, carpets, plastic items, pet beds, hazardous materials, or heavily contaminated biohazard items in our machines or service orders.

Lost & found
Items left for more than 24 hours may be moved to Lost & Found. Please call to claim an item. Unclaimed belongings may be donated or discarded after 30 days.

Contact and booking information is used only to provide service, communicate about orders, and process customer requests. We do not sell customer contact information.
Commercial service
Recurring commercial service, pricing, pickup frequency, handling requirements, and payment terms are confirmed in a customized written service agreement.
